Now that I'm in NC going to school I don't get to see my family very often. Actually the last time I saw them was back in January before I came back for second semester. This past weekend my 16 yo sister escorted her friend to a beautillion and I was here and missed it all. My family got all dressed up, my father wore a tux and my mom wore a beautiful gold gown, and I wasn't there to see any of it. And my youngest sister Sidney, who's 7, was dressed up in th cutest white dress. Missing my youngest sister grow makes me so sad. She's getting so tall. She takes tumbling classes, and doing so well but I don't get to see any of it. She just started not too long ago and already she's back bends and what not. Everytime I speak to her on the phone she sounds like she's getting so old. It's moments like this I wish I didn't miss, but I guess it's okay bc I'm making my own memories here. Good thing is, I'm going home this weekend to see my family.
aw that was cute.. i miss my family too. and i feel like i miss so much being away from home. but you just got to make up for the lost with new memories i guess.
